Applicants with all the following qualifications may be considered for admission into National Diploma Programme in Health Information Management (Part-Time):

1. Minimum entry requirement for National Diploma (ND) Part- Time in Health Information Management.
   
2. Possess at least five (5) Credits in WASC, SSCE, GCE, NABTEB or NECO which should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
3. Candidate that have sat for 2020 UTME and have obtained the cut-off point would have added advantage.
4. Candidates that have chosen the School as their first choice would have added advantage.
5. Candidates for admission into part-time Diploma need to upload evidence of working experience.
